77we Mobile Marketing With Text Messaging

The prospect of launching your first Mobile Marketing campaign can be downright scary. Mobile is a new platform, with new conventions, new language, and new metrics. Perhaps you’ve read a white paper in the past. It was probably dozens of pages long and filled with incomprehensible jargon. It may have discussed Mobile Marketing campaigns that promised paradigm shift results. The only problem with that kind of white paper is that the campaigns it spoke of were dauntingly complex, and they seemed to rely on technology that has yet to truly arrive. Moreover, they were expensive.

Marketing with text messaging

Who doesn't have a cell phone in their pocket or purse? It's my way of organizing my life, from keeping a calnder to reconnecting with friends, calculating tips and entertaining my kids with aps and games. It's also the tool I use to find out about new trends and what's going on near me.
I'm excited that I've just started offering flexible SMS messaging plans to be ahead of the curve with my business. 77we.com is bridging traditional marketing campaigns with the newest way to expand business.
SMS texting programs are at the forefront of revolutionizing digital marketing. Reaching out to people's cell phones is tapping into an already interested audience. When people opt into the service by either voting in a contest, signing up to get more information or asking for an updated menu of services, they are showing the business owner that they want to engage. Beyond sending out SMS blasts, which is also a helpful marketing tool, allowing users to sign up gets people involved in what your services or products are, while helping you to understand your clientele demographic and what they want.
Most people have their phones with them at all times - like that old joke that you're chained to your cell. That also means that with just a glance, a new customer can be attracted to a service, or reminded that they've been meaning to call you.
The system that www.77we.com uses is very simple, for customers and for business owners. By subscribing for the SMS text service, it allows customers to text a message, for instance, car, to the phone number. Then they'll start receiving your information immediately.
This really is a ground breaking method of reaching out to people and attracting attention. It's been done for years by reality shows that ask viewers to text in their vote. Now the same technology can be crossed over to drive other businesses. It doesn't have to be a multi-million dollar operation, either. It doesn't take producers and stars to make texting work as a marketing campaign. There are many family-owned operations and small business owners who can increase their sales by reaching customers within their area code, or offering existing clients the option to receive updates on their phones.
For instance, an auto mechanic could have customers sign up for the SMS service. Every three months, that mechanic's shop can text all of its customers with a reminder to get an oil change. The same mechanic will increase his business by reminding car owners it's time to add antifreeze, change wind shield wipers and prepare for winter. That customer can get updates on recalls from the manufacturer, recommended services at each mileage marker and other important notices. By offering this to his customers, the mechanic is giving his clients a helpful service and keeping his auto shop in the forefront of their minds.
There are countless ways to use texting as a service to customers while driving more engaged business. I'll touch base on other examples in future blogs coming soon!
